I am so thankful for 7 Day Dental Smiles, the staff is so sweet and engaging and takes as much time as I need to explain things so I fully understand what is going to happen. Dr Rheanna Burnham has a very gentle touch and genuinely cares about you. I was a little cold and I was offered a blanket and a hot rice pack to warm up, it felt very spa like, I felt spoiled. The billing department is amazing, you get a live person that knows what they are talking about and explains things line by line, sometimes insurance is hard to understand and between the receptionists and billing they make it a very smooth process to deal with. I have friends that go there and I was told they received a personal congratulations card from her when they were expecting their child, or good luck with your upcoming surgery. WOW, who does that! I feel like I have found an extended family that I can chat with and get exceptional treatment done at the same time. Thank you all for caring and being there for us 7 days a week with extended hours, also a shout out to my Hygienist Melissa, very thorough, gentle and knowledgeable when it comes to Oral health. Again, I am so thankful for all of you and thank you for serving our wonderful community!
